"EdgeLog" and the EdgeLog logo are proprietary marks of the developer. Pending trademark registration with the Office of the Controller General of Patents, Designs & Trade Marks, Government of India (Application under the Trade Marks Act, 1999).
Unauthorised use of the EdgeLog name, logo, or branding is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EdgeLog and its developer shall not be liable for:
- Any financial losses incurred through trading decisions influenced by information displayed in EdgeLog
- Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in trade data you have entered
- Interruption or unavailability of the App
- Loss of data due to device failure, software bugs, or any other cause
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with EdgeLog is to stop using the application and cancel your subscription.
Tax & Regulatory Compliance
EdgeLog provides P&L calculations and transaction summaries as a convenience tool for your personal records. These calculations:
- Are based solely on data you enter and may not reflect actual broker calculations
- Do not account for all applicable taxes, duties, or levies (STT, GST, SEBI charges, stamp duty, etc.)
- Should not be used as the sole basis for filing income tax returns or any statutory reporting
Always consult a qualified chartered accountant or tax professional for tax filing purposes. Your broker's official statements are the authoritative source for tax computation.
