Overview
EdgeLog subscriptions are processed by Google Play Billing. Refunds are subject to Google Play's own refund policies as well as our policy below. The Free plan requires no payment and has no refund considerations.
This policy applies to all EdgeLog Pro subscriptions purchased through Google Play, including Pro Monthly (₹199/month) and Pro Yearly (₹1,499/year).
7-Day Free Trial
New Pro subscribers receive a 7-day free trial with full Pro access. No payment is charged during the trial period.
- If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged
- If you do not cancel, your subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial period
- The trial is available once per Google account
- You can cancel during the trial via Google Play → Subscriptions → EdgeLog → Cancel
How to Cancel
You may cancel your EdgeLog Pro subscription at any time:
- Open Google Play Store on your device
- Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
- Select EdgeLog
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain Pro access until then. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan — all your data remains on-device and is not deleted.
Uninstalling EdgeLog does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel via Google Play to stop future charges.

Google Play has its own refund process that may allow refunds within their standard window (typically 48 hours for in-app purchases). We recommend using that route for the fastest resolution.
How to Request a Refund
Via Google Play (recommended — fastest)
- Go to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions
- Select EdgeLog → Report a problem
- Choose the relevant reason and submit
Via EdgeLog Support
Email [email protected] with:
- Your Google account email (the one used for purchase)
- Date of charge and amount charged
- Reason for refund request
- Order ID from Google Play (if available)
We respond to refund requests within 3 business days. If approved, refunds are processed through Google Play and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Your Data After Cancellation
When your Pro subscription ends (whether by cancellation or non-renewal):
- Your app reverts to the Free plan limits (100 visible trades, 1 account)
- No data is deleted — all your trades remain stored on your device
- Cloud backup data is retained for 90 days, then automatically deleted
- You can re-subscribe at any time to regain full Pro access
- You can export your full data as CSV before cancellation (Pro feature)
