Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing or using EdgeLog, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the application.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EdgeLog (the "Developer", "we", "us"). These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use EdgeLog. By using the App, you represent that you are 18 or older.
Description of Service
EdgeLog is a personal trade journaling and self-analysis application. It allows you to:
- Log and track your own trades, P&L, and performance metrics
- Analyse your trading patterns using statistical tools including R-multiple, profit factor, and equity curve
- Import your historical trade data from supported broker CSV exports
- Access an AI coach that identifies patterns in your own trade data
- Track psychology, mood, and behavioural patterns related to trading
EdgeLog does not provide investment advice, trading recommendations, buy/sell signals, or any form of financial guidance. It is a personal record-keeping and self-analysis tool only.
License to Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download and use EdgeLog on Android devices that you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of EdgeLog
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App for any commercial purpose or on behalf of any third party
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks
- Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App or servers
- Create derivative works based on EdgeLog
Subscriptions & Billing
Free Plan
The Free plan is available at no cost and includes: 100 trade slots, 1 trading account, 3 broker CSV imports, basic P&L analytics, trade calendar, and the Daylight theme. The Free plan has no expiry.
Pro Subscription
EdgeLog Pro is available as:
- Pro Yearly: ₹1,499/year (₹125/month effective)
- Pro Monthly: ₹199/month
All subscriptions are processed exclusively through Google Play Billing. By subscribing, you agree to Google's Terms of Service and Payment Terms in addition to these Terms.
7-Day Free Trial
A 7-day free trial is available for new Pro subscribers. The trial is available once per Google account. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your account will automatically be charged the applicable subscription fee.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Manage or cancel your subscription at any time via Google Play → Subscriptions.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified of any price changes before they take effect. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Your Data
All data you enter into EdgeLog remains yours. We claim no ownership over your trade data, notes, or journal entries. You may export your data in CSV format at any time (Pro feature).
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter. EdgeLog processes and displays the data you provide — it does not verify, validate, or cross-reference any trade data against broker records.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use EdgeLog to:
- Engage in any unlawful activity or facilitate fraud
- Circumvent any security or authentication mechanisms
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the App
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system
- Collect or harvest any information about other users
- Use automated tools to access or interact with the App in any unauthorised manner
Disclaimer of Warranties
EdgeLog is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that: (a) the App will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) any defects will be corrected; (c) the App is free of viruses or harmful components; (d) results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EdgeLog and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to EdgeLog Pro immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.
You may terminate your use of EdgeLog at any time by uninstalling the application and cancelling your subscription via Google Play.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us to resolve disputes amicably.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
